Service Availability and Changes

We will endeavor to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our Services.
Free Access and Optional Contributions
Fresh Sky AI Services are available without an access fee or paid subscription. Provider safety controls, security protections, outages, and infrastructure safeguards may still temporarily affect availability.
Optional one-time or recurring contributions help cover operating costs but do not buy access, priority, guaranteed uptime, particular AI providers, outcomes, placement, endorsement, or custom services.
Fresh Sky LLC is a private company, not a charity. Optional support payments are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Recurring support renews monthly until canceled. Sign in with the same Google email used at checkout and use the billing portal to update payment details or cancel.
Separate paid implementation, sponsorship, or consulting work may be offered under a separate written agreement. Those arrangements do not change access, ranking, AI outputs, or priority in the free public tools.
App Studio Beta
Fresh Sky App Studio creates temporary, text-only AI tool configurations. It does not create or execute software code, deploy applications, provide a permanent public URL, connect third-party accounts, or take autonomous action. Blueprints expire, features may change, and generated tools remain subject to the same acceptable-use, privacy, accuracy, and professional-review requirements as the rest of the Services.
Commercial Services and Sponsorships
Paid audits, pilots, managed workflows, and sponsorships are separate from the free public tools. Prices shown as “from” are starting points, not binding quotes. A written scope controls custom work.
The AI Workflow Starter and Agent Opportunity Audit are fixed-scope, self-serve digital services. After verified payment, the purchased written report is generated from the de-identified workflow brief and displayed in the browser. They do not include a meeting, implementation, software deployment, monitoring, or owner follow-up. If you are not satisfied, contact Fresh Sky LLC within seven days after delivery to request a refund. Fresh Sky LLC may also cancel and refund an order it cannot safely or lawfully fulfill.
Sponsors do not receive influence over answers, rankings, eligibility results, sensitive-tool placement, or user access. Fresh Sky LLC does not guarantee revenue, savings, traffic, regulatory approval, or other business outcomes.
Approval-Gated Automation
Fresh Sky LLC may use internal automation to classify business inquiries and prepare drafts. Automated drafts are not sent, published, deployed, charged, refunded, or treated as binding commitments without human approval.
Data Collection and Storage
Some products may store limited data needed for their stated functionality. Public education AI tools are intended only for de-identified scenarios and must not be used to submit education records or student PII.
Use of a Fresh Sky AI product does not by itself establish FERPA or COPPA compliance. Schools and districts are responsible for authorization, direct control, contracts, consent where required, retention rules, and their own legal and security review.
Third-Party Services
Our applications integrate with third-party AI providers. Your use of these Services may also be subject to those providers' terms of service. Fresh Sky LLC is not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party providers.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
